2025 SEP Middle School Conference
Join us for the 2025 Southeastern Presbyterian Middle School Conference
Join us for our annual middle school conference at the Ridge Haven Camp, Conference, and Retreat Center in Brevard, NC. This camp serves PCA and like-minded NAPARC churches bringing rising sixth through rising ninth grade students and their leaders.
This year we welcome back our regular speaker, Pastor Jim McCarthy, Senior Pastor of Trinity PCA, Statesboro, GA. Jim is a former youth pastor and multiyear veteran of SEP Camp and Ridge Haven. Check out Jim’s sermons online.

Church Group Registration
Church Group Registration is a two part process.
Part 1 is setting up a church contract with Ridge Haven.
Part 2 is registering your group with SEP Camp.
The process for each is explained below. The total cost per camper for registration is $335 for early registration (on or before March 21) and $350 for late registration (on or before April 30).
1. Ridge Haven Group Registration:
You’ll need an estimated number of campers to create the contract. He’ll explain any flexibility and adjustability as well.
Contact Steve no later than April 30, but we recommended earlier.
Ridge Haven’s contract charges $297/camper. A 20% deposit and signed contract are due to Ridge Haven two weeks after receipt of the agreed upon contact.
2. SEP Group Registration:
Please use the “SEP Camp Registration” link below to access the Registration page in order to signup and pay the SEP Camp fees. This fee is in addition to the Ridge Haven contract and provides for associated administrative costs & t-shirts.
Select the 2025 SEP Middle School Conference.
Don’t be fooled by the “from $0.00”. The details are explained but the fee will be $38/camper for Early Group Registration (ends March 21) or $53 for Regular Group Registration (ends April 30) either way. It’s just a matter of pay now online (“Regular”) or pay a little later (“Invoice”).
You may also email SEP Camp with your total numbers at the same time you contact Ridge Haven.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Ridge Haven has a maximum capacity of 375 beds for our camp. Space is not secured until you have a signed contract with Ridge Haven and a deposit sent from your church.
Church registration priority is given to our Ministry Partners (churches who have partnered with us in the past and the churches of Calvary Presbytery). We’re excited to welcome new churches but we’re only open to NAPARC Churches and on a space available basis. Please contact Scotty Anderson, the SEP Camp Director, if you haven’t worked with us before.
