NOTE: This form is for church group registration only! Also, please remember this per camper fee is in addition to the $297 per camper fee from Ridge Haven.

SEP Camp may not be able to refund individual camper registrations, but if for any reason your church group is unable to secure a contract with and attend Ridge Haven, SEP Camp fees paid will be fully refunded for your group.
