SEP Middle School Conference (Regular Group Registration)
NOTE: This form is for church group registration only! Also, please remember this per camper fee is in addition to the $297 per camper fee from Ridge Haven.
Please select the appropriate payment method and add the total quantity of campers (students and adults). The fee is $53/camper. The $0 price shown is for invoice pricing.
Select “Invoice” if you prefer to receive an email in a few business days with the $53/camper fee listed. Using that option you can pay through a link embedded in the email or send a check within two weeks of receipt with a copy of the invoice.
Select “Regular” if you desire to pay now via credit card or other payment method. The price will change from $0 to $53.
When you “add to cart”, a form will popup to collect details about yourself and your church. Fill in the required areas and click the “Add To Cart” button at the end of the form.
IMPORTANT: Now proceed to your cart to complete the checkout! The link is in the upper right hand corner on the navigation bar. It should show the number of registrations you are securing [E.g. “Cart (26)”]. Your SEP Camp fee total cost will be shown in the checkout unless you’re invoicing in which case it will show $0. In either case proceed through the checkout. You can figure out from the rest from there 😊.

SEP Camp may not be able to refund individual camper registrations, but if for any reason your church group is unable to secure a contract with and attend Ridge Haven, SEP Camp fees paid will be fully refunded for your group.
